  • When will my order be sent out?All orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation once this action has been taken with all the relevant tracking information being included.
  • It has passed 48 hours and my order has not been shipped!This could be down to additional required checks for fraudulent activities. If we are unable to verify the required information, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  • How do I track my order? Once we have processed your order, you will receive an automated email that contains your tracking information. Please keep hold of that email until your item is delivered. Alternatively, this information will also be added to the 'My Orders' section in your account.
  • Do you cover return shipping fees? We do not cover return postage fees unless agreed otherwise.

  • What are the Shipping charges? We use Royal Mail and DHL to ship your orders. All orders are despatched from our UK warehouse with tracking numbers for traceability. UK orders are charged a flat £3.50 for Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. DHL Charges vary, depending on your location. Please visit our Delivery & Returns page for further information.
  • I live in a Remote area, are shipping charges the same? No, There will be an additional £17.99 charge if you opt to proceed with DHL fulfilment. Alternatively, we can send your item via Royal Mail International Signed mail at no extra cost.

  • My order was damaged in transit, what do i do? Please cuntact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will be asked to follow a set procedure to obtain a replacement. Support answer all emails within 48 hours during operating times.
  • What is your cut-off time for same day shipping? All orders received prior to 3PM will be fulfilled the same day. Some orders will be placed on hold for fraudulent checks if information has not been verified. You would be contacted if any information is required.
